Our mission is stated as follows: “promoting the employability, innovations and social enterprise to forcedly displaced youths, vulnerable women and other of Host communities through skilling, advanced education and financial inclusion services”.

Our overall objective is to empower refugee youths and women, and those of surrounding host communities with skills that enable self-reliance and employability.
1) Increase the employability of refugee youths and vulnerable women through advanced or accelerated specialized professional trainings, programs and active cooperation with potential job markets;
2) Improve access of disadvantaged youths and vulnerable women to vocational and life skills;
3) Contribute to improve the participation in community projects and decision making exercises;
4) Decrease barriers to finance access by disadvantaged youths and women
5) Promote the access to quality and inclusive education for forcedly displaced children and those of the nearby the host communities.
6) Promote and protect the environment through community awareness, nursery establishment and tree production.
